Covid-19 report of Assam/India as of 7th May 2021

Assam Covid-19 daily report 

According to the report, it is found that Assam has a total tally of 2,77,687 covid-19 cases as of 7th May 2021. As of now, it has 31,829 active cases with 2,42,980 recovery reports. Assam has reported total deceased of 1531 numbers due to this pandemic of covid-19 and has only 3 migrated cases.

District wise Kamrup Metro conceded the highest number of covid patients with 4936 people and had 46 deaths till yesterday in the entire state. Dibrugarh, Kamrup rural, and Nagaon have 484, 454, and 275 positive cases respectively.

So far the state has a total positivity rate of 8.04 percent and the cumulative tests data is 89,07,148 till Thursday. Also, the state has a very good recovery rate of 87.50 percent which shows some good news for the people of the region.

Although cases are increasing day by day government of the state is in full force to start the vaccination process fast as possible and it's reported that 28,32,173 persons are already been vaccinated.
